5th Annual USSA Captains Briefing St. Maarten January 27th & 28th 2010

We are very excited to present the
5th Annual Captains Briefing & Reception
St. Maarten on January 27-28, 2010.

Lots of changes this year, new format, new venue, new crew involvement!

On the other hand, we have the same goals:
- To provide a networking forum for dialogue between superyacht industry stakeholders
- Specifically, to include the captains and senior officers of the superyacht community in SXM in January
- To promote USSA member businesses & the U.S. superyacht industry as a whole
- To have some fun too!

NEW this year, Welcome Reception at Isle de Sol, on Wednesday, January 27, from 7-9PM. Captains & senior officers will be invited for a casual meet & greet, old friends and new. Van transfers will be available from all the local marinas.

THURSDAY, JANUARY 28
Activities move to our NEW host hotel, Sonesta Maho Beach Resort, for the Captains Briefings
-Briefing offering regional information for large yachts coming to U.S waters.
– Advocacy Briefing with discussions including a roundtable of captains and government
officials
-Briefings introducing new technology & new products!

Captains and senior officers will be invited to stay for lunch. The perimeter of the Conference Center will be lined with USSA member exhibit tables, providing all-day marketing exposure.

3:00
– Event opens to include crew.
– 10-minute informational presentations will be interspersed as this NEW audience roams the member
exhibit tables around the room.

6:00
- The outside pool area introducing another NEW event, USSA Evening Spectacular, a fun evening of music
cocktails and appetizers for everyone, captains and crew!

Complete the attached SXM 2010 Sponsorship Agreement, return it by December 18. If you would like to be a panelist or a speaker, also complete the attached SXM 2010 Briefings Proposal. Space is truly limited.
