USSA MEMBERS OFFER SUPPORT “HAITI”

Here is a nice story that shows people in yachting care about those less fortunate. We are working with a sailing yacht coming through the Panama Canal that wants drop off rice and food supplies to Haiti. The captain has asked their management company (Fraser-who contacted On Call) to help facilitate a safe drop off. We are working on this today.

In less than 48 hours since the Haitian disaster occurred the plan was conceived, communicated and executed. Thanks to everyone and especially Karen for her leadership.

At the USSA Networking Event we raised $402.00 and we also filled our SUV to the top with donations of medical supplies an clothes. Another collection at GMT to following on Friday morning.
