Edelweiss leads Capstone's M&A strategy engagements and has nearly 20 years' experience serving senior leaders as a trusted advisor. She has worked in more than 30 different manufacturing and service industries serving Asian, European and North American clients. She advises C-suite executives on proactive strategic growth initiatives focusing on privately-held, not-for-sale opportunities. Originally from Brazil, Edelweiss worked on a ship in the Caribbean after high school solidifying her love of being out on the water and travel. Edelweiss holds a Master of International Business from the University of Auckland (NZ) and a BS from Georgetown University.
Michelle Gamble is Senior Global Jet Advisor for Silver Air. She received a volleyball scholarship to attend Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL where she graduated with honors and received a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Business. Whilst studying the copious aspects of business, she developed a love for sales and marketing. Michelle opened her first marketing company at the age of 25. Being a science enthusiast and having a passion for aircraft, she made the transition and entered the aviation industry to combine her education and expertise in business development, marketing, sales, and aviation.

He is also author of multiple books on selling and marketing to UHNWs, including Secrets of Selling to the Super Rich, and The Skys The Limit: Marketing to the New Jet Set. As Cooksons head of yachting, Neal Bateman is well established in the industry. His years as both a broker and crew member means hes able to create inspiring waterborne adventures and advise on the perfect yacht to charter.
Growing up, he spent many summers exploring the bush in his homeland South Africa. It instilled in him a deep appreciation for the great outdoors and wildlife, which has since seen him visit 47 countriesa number that keeps on growing. One of his favorite adventures included scuba diving with tiger sharks in the Bahamas.
