USSA pivots to provide more educational opportunities in the new normal

USSA Educational Programs and Trainings

The USSA is excited to now be offering a variety of educational and training programs.  We recently started a partnership with Nova Southeastern University to offer OSHA 10 Maritime, OSHA Hazwoper and Covid-19 Trainings to USSA members at no charge.  The details of these courses are available through the links to the various  courses on the menu tabs at the top of this page.  Click here to register for a course today.

The USSA also conducted continuous robust digital promotional campaigns designed to maintain our industry’s profile in the global marketplace and have remained nimble in our ability to shift with the changing tides.

Through our recent webinars and education series over the summer, we provided the industry with much-needed details about federal support programs such as PPP, EIDL and others in partnership with our membership benefits team at T. Spencer Samuels who were with us every step of the way through weekly webinars and online resources.  In addition, we instituted a series of educational webinars designed to offer resources on such topics as how to re-open your business, mental health of employees, cybersecurity, marketing training and much more.
