Since 1988, DLBA (Donald L. Blount and Associates, Inc.) has been supporting the yachting community. DLBA provides design, naval architecture and marine engineering services for both new construction and the refit of a wide range of vessels. We provide a comprehensive set of design, engineering, and classification society support services for anything from new concepts to existing vessels. DLBA is now a division of Gibbs & Cox, Inc., and located in Chesapeake, VA. Other company offices are located in Newport News, VA, New York, NY, and New Orleans, LA.
