IMM has been in the yacht refit and repair business for over twenty-five years, specializing in superyacht refit for yachts of all sizes.  Since 2012, IMM has operated European-standard superyacht refit from its base in the Caribbean.  Our principals, Fabrice Maitre and Jean-Michel Beron, have together managed refits numerous yachts such as MY Octopus (126-meter; 8 months; 28 million euros); MY Tatoosh (92-meter; 5 months; 11 million euros); MY Skat; MY Kogo; MY Pestifer II; MY Slipstream, and many others.  IMM’s home base is in Guadeloupe where IMM has a haul out capacity of 700 tons, and is capable of completing all technical works.  
In 2017, IMM expanded to St. Maarten, with its purchase of FKG Rigging and Fabrication.
In late 2019, the Company announced that it has joined forces with Rigpro, providing full service for the largest and most highly technical sailing yachts in the world.
