Employing over 80 skilled craftsmen with a full service machine, welding, metal fabrication, pipefitting, fiberglass, and joinery shop, as well as a fully mobile welding and FRP service division. APB specializes in class approved repairs including ABS, Lloyds, Rina, MCA, and USCG. APB is class approved to perform any type of repairs/modifications in a variety of materials including Stainless, Aluminum, Bi-Metallic, Copper-Nickel, etc. APB provides 1, 5, and 15 year class surveys to a variety of vessels, along with valve inspections and testing for all class societies. APB just completed a multi million dollar infrastructure upgrade adding a CNC 5 axis FLOW water jet, CNC 3 axis router, CNC plate roller, metal shear, 3 axis CNC press brake, and two climate control spray booths within the 30,000 sq. ft shop and office located at Lauderdale Marine Center.
