COVID-19 Maritime Safety Awareness Training – Learn the basics of COVID-19, assessing for potential exposure and prevention methods to protect your workplace. Online Training
English:
January 11th – 9:30 am – 1:30 pm
Spanish:
January 14th – 9:30 am – 1:30 pm
January 18th – 1 pm – 5 pm
HAZWOPER – Hazardous Materials Safety & Security Awareness Training – Teaches how to recognize, react and protect yourself from chemical hazards in the workplace. Online Training (Required Annually)
English:
January 19 & 20th – 1 pm – 5 pm (8 hours, both days mandatory)
Spanish:
January 12 & 13th – 9:30 am – 1:30 pm (8 hours, both days mandatory)
January 24 & 25th – 1-5 pm (8 hours, both days mandatory)
OSHA 10 hour Training– provides entry-level safety and health hazard information tailored specifically to marine shipyard employees.
English:
January 26-27th (OSHA-10 Hour SHIPYARD Maritime Training) 9 am – 3 pm (both days mandatory). Must be located within the US or US Territories.
February 23-24th (OSHA-10 Hour TERMINAL Maritime Training) 9 am – 3 pm (both days mandatory). Must be located within the US or US Territories.
Spanish:
January 27-28th (OSHA-10 Hour located at Lauderdale Marine Center LMC) 8 am – 2 pm (both days mandatory). Must be located within the US or US Territories.
Disaster Awareness “Muck & Gut” training
English:
January 21 Disaster Awareness ” Muck&Gut” training. 4-Hour Online. 9:30 am-1:30 pm
