QS Seamaster has strengthened its presence in the US market through a new agreement with Engineered Yacht Solutions (EYS), a marine services and supplies company with an established network across key yachting locations.
The partnership covers the sale and service of QS Seamaster products in the United States and marks a further step in the brand's international expansion strategy.
EYS operates from several locations within the Safe Harbor Marinas network, including Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Tampa, Savannah and Newport, providing a broad operational footprint across major US yachting centres.
Specialising in the fabrication and welding of steel components and piping systems, EYS holds certifications including Lloyd's Register, ABS, USCG and RINA. In recent years, the company has expanded its activities into the distribution and service of yachting components, strengthening its position within the US marine supply chain.
As part of the agreement, EYS technicians have completed training programmes in Italy covering both electric thrusters and hydraulic systems developed by QS Seamaster. The training enables the company to provide both distribution and after-sales support for QS Seamaster propulsion systems in the US market.
Marco Donà, executive vice president and CEO of SAIM, owner of the QS Seamaster brand, said: "This agreement represents a key strategic step in strengthening our presence in the US market. Partnering with a structured and recognised player like EYS allows us to offer even more widespread and high-quality service to our customers, while ensuring the highest standards in both the sales and service of QS Seamaster products. We share a passion for our work, ethical values, and rigorous standards: we are confident that the collaboration between our companies won't stop here and will continue on other projects as well."
Thomas McGowan, president of EYS, added: "We're glad to collaborate with SAIM on this range of products."
The agreement forms part of QS Seamaster's wider international growth strategy, focused on expanding into key markets through partnerships with established local operators with strong regional networks and technical capability.
