The voice of the U.S. superyacht sector.
A $6-billion industry. A single, coordinated message before Congress and federal regulators.
A decade-plus of industry education.
American Superyacht Summit
For more than a decade, the USSA has hosted the annual American Superyacht Summit, the most talked-about educational and networking forum on U.S. shores. The Summit is the only industry conference spotlighting the American market, with input entirely from American stakeholders. Held each year to coincide with the Palm Beach International Boat Show, it attracts superyacht owners, industry leaders, luxury marketing executives, and more to share insight into ways to enhance and elevate businesses.
Masters of Class
We also host the semi-annual Masters of Class symposium, another unique educational event. In an open-forum, engaging format, representatives from every classification society address common questions and misunderstandings about regulations and requirements. The program is especially for captains, owners' representatives, brokers, maritime attorneys, insurers, flag states, and others whose jobs depend on compliance.
Member-Exclusive Webinars
Furthermore, member-exclusive webinars throughout the year provide crucial information on topics such as obtaining shipyard grants, understanding importation regulations and duties, and honing marketing efforts.
OSHA & Disaster Awareness Courses
Finally, USSA members have exclusive access to a variety of OSHA 10 Maritime, OSHA HAZWOPER, and disaster-awareness courses through our partnership with Nova Southeastern University. Offered at no cost for all of your employees, regardless of where you are in the country, the courses are online.
